West Ham extends contract for another season, Fabianski goals, 37

West Ham have extended contract with veteran goalkeeper Lukas Fabianski until the summer of 2023.

West Ham United’s website has confirmed that Fabianski has extended his contract for another season. and there is also a condition to extend the contract for an additional year to the end after the 2023-24 season as well.

Fabianski, 37, said: “I’m really please. And very happy to be here for another year. Of course, I’m excited. The way the club is developing and starting to reach its potential. It’s nice to be part of the club.”

“I think there is a lot of interest in this club. It felt like this club was one of the greatest in the country. I am honored and proud to have been a part of this ufabet club for four years.”

Fabianski has been West Ham’s number one for four seasons and has made 138 appearances in all competitions. Before that, it was Swansea City’s main character in the Premier League for four consecutive seasons as well.

“The way the club has developed and started to reach its potential, it’s been really nice to be part of it.

“I can see how much attention this club draws. When it comes to interacting with the fans or the way it’s being presented in the media.

“I think there’s a lot of interest into the club, so it feels like this club is one of the bigger ones in the country.So I’m just honoured and proud to be part of this club for a few years now.”

Fabianski is now set to compete with Alphonse Areola for the number one jersey, after the latter joined the Hammers on a permanent deal at the end of last month.
